Bud structure?

Hello everyone!
I've never had this happen, so just wondering how common it is...
I am running a Bodhi, Spirit Train and every top is a straight ass triangle (A)! All are very symmetrical, except one... one of the tops is oval shaped (n)... nothing close to the others!
Anybody have any input on this type of situation? Is it just a mutation?
