I have a ts1000 and yesterday I went to turn my lights on and my MH ts1000 was ON but switched OFF. Thankfully I'm in Veg ATM. But now I unplug for lights out. Fuck that man

Yeah this is old, but check out the post @xtsho posted. That was mine a while back. After I understood the issue I would bet money on anytime someone having this issue with any LEDs it will likely be the netural and hot reversed.

Just in case someone comes here looking for an answer. Has very little to do with Mars Hydro likely and more to do with PCBs and capacitors with reversed neutral hot wiring (It may be in that outlet or one that is wired in before that outlet or possibly(although a harder mistake to make) even at the board). In some cases it could be the timer, but I tried a lot of timers and this was the issue.

EDIT: Just to mention I have no Mars Hydro lights, and have no opinion on how good they are as a light, just trying to help.

lol good luck Mars Hydro support is no good. I have 6 of their TSW-2000 panels and 2 of them had drivers poop out. Not to mention they run really hot 100+F on the drivers. Hot enough you can't touch them with your hand. I've since switched to better quality lights. Growers Choice ROI-E720. Sorry @MarsHydrofactory it was a good run but after I got lied to by support and told they were going to replace the fixtures with the newer ones with the adjustment knobs vs screws and never did I don't wanna mess with you guys anymore. Spent over $2,000 on lights and still no solution.

The support will just ask the same question every time like Deja Vu and never actually resolve the issue satisfactorily.

are the lights UL listed? if so, whoever is getting shocked by these lights should file a complaint.

Back in my younger days we'd get baked and zap each other with a cattle prod.
Yea not proud of it but we would tazer each other when we least expected it.

In retrospect we were pretty bad friends to each other lol
Anyone looking for a unique and SHOCKING holiday gift, should consider this game. I've owned one for years, and it's always fun (unless you wear a pacemaker). It even has a hi/low switch for pussies:

Don’t know if it was UL or not but it sure was one hell of a shock from it tightened my arm right up def didn’t feel good. Customer service was a joke both over the phone and email. Pissed me off tossed the light.
mad I understand it this isn’t the normal for them to be shocking people but it happens to often once is too often for a company of that size. They need to step up the QC at the very minimum

That's pretty damn cool. I want one. It would probably be easy to lengthen the cords so you could play while social distancing.
Bah just make your own, take 4 metal rods and attach them to an electrical circuit. Have people pick them up and when someone picks one up and yells and maybe the lights go out they win!

PS: It works better with a 220 outlet

Also, I believe in Natural Selection, so if you read this non-ironically and do it, well the world is happy.

Haha, I forgot to mention the tense and creepy music it plays while opponents anticipate the red light and buzzer going off.
