Did I stress my autos too much?

Hello friends, happy wednesday! I'm growing 2 autoflowers under a Meijiu 240w @50cm(20inches) distance and 24/0. Growing in 5 gal pots in BioBizz Light-Mix and using CalMag, Bio Grow, Bio Bloom and TopMax at 1/2 strength (bloom nutes only on the pre-flowering plant). It's my second indoor grow and I've grown 2 more plants outdoor and I ALWAYS LST and HST my plants. I try not to HST autos that much but I had to supercrop(minimum) both plants and defoliate them to reveal bud sites and get an even canopy. Well, I did reveal bud sites but the leaves are twisted and droopy. Do you think it's from the training? They look stressed for sure. Pre-flowering plant is 35 days old, smaller plant is 24 days old. Thank you for your time.

@Buddy73 Not as beautiful as yours but at least now there's an even canopy. I started LST late and the stem was like my finger lol so I had to supercrop a little bit. They look awful. Stressed?

They need a bit of sleep time really buddy and I don’t usually start bloom nutrients till near end of stretch to stop nitrogen def

Cheers, thanks for the reply. Next grow I will start LST at 15 days olds and using copper wires as well. Happy growing!

You also don’t need calmag in soil usually. And the big girl looks a little hungry. Lst does not stress plants out , but defoliation and super cropping does which is not great for autoflower as it can stunt the growth

Sorry for all the questions just trying to work out why she is droopy or it is simply stress

It's no problem man I know you're trying to help. Yeah I water every 2-3 days. Since the preflowering plant is light green, I will increase the BioGrow a little bit for some extra nitrogen. But I actually believe it will eventually stop being droopy and will start praying to the sun gods...or led gods...I'm 99%sure that they're droopy and twisty because I supercropped and defoliated 12-16 leaves on the the SAME HOUR. That's a lot of stress but it's a weed. It won't die. It will repair itself.

Another quick question! What’s ya ph of your nutrients and do yo feed with run off? And also do you let them sit in the run off and soak it back up?

1) pH is 6.2 - 6.5 since the beginning.
2) I never feed runoff.
3) No they're elevated and the bottoms don't touch the runoff water.

All good there then ! I do like to feed with about 15-20 percent run off but then I am using synthetic nutrients so I need to flush some salts out

The small girl looks healthy! May be she needs to chill now and and no more stress and hopefully will pick back up. I would still be tempted to up the nitrogen a bit mind

Thanks for your help my friend. One thing that I also noticed is that I water them with very cold water. I will leave it sit in my growtent for some time to warm up before watering. I wish my autos look like yours one day. The funny thing is, you're humble and don't claim to know everything but your autos were the most impressive I've seen. That GSC was just silly Lmao!

Might need to up the humidity to like 55%-60%
Yeah my humidity is not ideal. I actually don't have humidifier =( also, like I told Buddy, I've been feeding them with very cold water. It's bottled water but I have the cases sitting in the balcony so they're super cold. Maybe cold water adds to the issue.

Yes that’s not ideal shocking the roots with cold water , I make mine as I need it and warm it up a bit withe hot water so it’s not just freezing cold water straight from the tap. I have only been growing for a year and still learning every day, I am constantly asking questions and watching videos and reading coz I hate making mistakes lol
