It's recommend to use a whiter spec of light instead of the HPS redder tones for flowering

The dual spectrum bulbs are ok but far from ideal, get a mh for veg hps for flower.
Yeah ive read that thks..this is a grow and bloom bulb from Growbarato Spain. The other bulb i have from them is a bloom bulb only. Ive planted my seed in its final pot and have it on my grow tent floor so plenty of distance from light. Anyways its just popped so im hoping to be able to keep it in tent to grow. I have other seeds germinating under cool white led bulbs. Also some seeds under a 80w amazon desk top grow light. Im experimenting lol

ok in that case use the dual bulb for veg and use the flower bulb for flower. I would get a mh but if that's what you got then that's what I'd do.
