I didnt see a proper subforum for this. Anyway, I am a medical card user of THC oil, Flower and Vape for pain. After 2 months using, a job interview came out of nowhere. I stopped everything 11/28 so its been almost 8 weeks or 54 days. I am not active. I've read the studies on most people being ok in 20 days but you see posts where people fail so I am freaking.

I bought 2 different THC tests from Amazon and have been negative for 2 weeks. What do you guys think?

The irony is, I have been hurting for 2 months now (chronic pain) while waiting to take this test tomorrow.

Have you heard of Milk Thistle?

You can smoke as much as you want, 24hrs after MT you will pass any test.

It cleanses your liver.

EDIT-Forgot to add, sports people, athletes take MT, these people have contracts, they can't fail a test,cleanse your liver and your good as gold.

Ahletes like to party also.

Hadnt heard that but I know what Milk Thistle is. Im supposed to go tomorrow and dont have any on hand. I do have a liver tonic that might have that in it but its old.

I did buy something like this from 2 different companies on Amazon. I just picked the 2 top ones and I passed them like 3 times over the last week or so.

What I meant is if known positive, try the Milk Thistle, Golden Seal and other home remedies to pass a drug test. :)

Ah so my nerves blocked my ability to read. Since I am testing negative, I should be fine you're saying.

Milk thistle does little to clear you of thc. Milk thistle is used during steroid cycles to keep from getting your liver values too high. Most athletes use it on off seasons to prep. Plus higher end labs can detect masking agents and other such tricks.

Unless you want to go with synthetic urine, you should just stay on track (as you’ll pass now for sure and that’s the goal)

THC takes about a month to leave the body (depending on the person and their lifestyle)
Where-as edibles can take up to 3 months to leave the body.. honestly with the time frame you gave yourself.. you are a clean, solid pass

What do you mean by legit? Even with a medical card here in Vermont, if my employer requires me to be drug-free, I have no choice, it is still illegal under federal law, if the employer says no, then no means no.

This would be even more critical for any employment involving safety sensitive positions, such as truck driver, heavy equipment operator, crane operator, etc. - the insurance company will require constant drug tests to confirm abstinence, and if there is an accident and the operator is using drugs, they are looking at prison time.

So it is still a big deal for many people.

The best thing to do, of course, is quit if one has a job that requires abstinence.

And yes, it is discrimination - in favor of people who do not use drugs, which is the point of testing.
