minature plants

What causes stunted autoflowers? All my plants have been minature, although with nice buds. pH is ok. Good light in a grow tent. I'm using good nutes. I did transplant the seedlings to a bigger pot. I'm guessing transplanting is that the reason they are stunted. Any ideas?

Has nothing to do with transplanting unless you were violent with the roots. You may think you have your grow on point but obviously there is an issue somewhere. Without more information and the lack of pictures it's hard to say.

When you say mini what does that mean exactly? What strain? What breeder? What medium? what nutes? what lights? What time schedule of said lighting? What temps in the tent? When you transplanted were the roots root bound? Did you transplant in the light or dark? What kind of airflow in the tent?

As you can see there is tons of missing information.

White Widow 20”, Northern Lights 10”, and Wedding Cake 8”, all auto flowers. Seeds from ILGM. This is my second grow. First one with the same seed turned out very short and skinny, but not as small as second grow. Second grow has better branching and bigger buds. Just harvested the Wedding Cake today. The smoke from the first grow was good, but obviously not much quantity. Tent is 4x8’ with two 1200 watt Viparspectra LEDs. Kept lights on 24/7 and set at Viparspectra’s recommendation. Have a fan and filter. Used humidifier because humidity is low in the winter. Used Micro, Grow, and Bloom from Advanced Nutrients at half strength at every watering (usually every two days). Water is 5unsoftened, chlorine evaporated, but alkaline about 7.7, so corrected pH to 6.5. On previous grow used Fox Farm Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, and Big Bloom.
My autos did the same thing. 10 are under 8 inches one is 3 foot tall...but they smell amazing...

Hotrodharley, two gallon cloth bag. Started in a pint-size propagation bag . I'll attach photos next. I couldn't get the humidity over 30% even with a large humidifier. I also transplanted them at four weeks to the 2 gallon bag. At four weeks the plants had NOT grown out of their pots. It seems I don't get the room development I should to produce a bigger plant with more blooms. Transplanting was later than planned, got COVID couldn't do much. Fine now except for weird taste and smell symptoms.
