None of my clones rooted! WTF! Any advice?

It takes about a month to revegg a cut taken from flower in my experience. Maybe others have revegged faster?
If it takes longer than taking cutting from a veg plant then why do it. Not taking the piss just trying to understand why ppl take cuttings from flowering plants as never done this and don't know anyone who has.
I'm just trying to understand the reason ppl do this is there any benefits to doing it, does it root better or is it just preferable.

You can't get clones/plants like that using the conventional method.

you should take the top off of that cloner, and turn it into a litter box for your cat

then, buy some root riot cubes on amazon, dip n grow for dipping cuts - anymore questions - just ask

I'd genuinely like to see a documented thread, video, journal or whatever where clones are rooted 4-5 days after they're taken. I'm not trying to call anyone out. I've just read it about five time in the last couple weeks (obviously I was looking into cloning) and I'd just like to see someone's procedure for doing it.

One guy will claim 4-5 days roots, and then shortly after - or elsewhere - someone will claim 4-5 days roots yet contradict the very main points of the previous guys 4-5 days roots. I'm not saying either is lying, it'd just be nice to see.
Someone says 80*F temps, next guy says 70*F temps; someone says 90-100% humidity and misting the dome and/or clones, next guy says no dome at all (and might have rH of 30-70%). Yet both are "killing it" clone wise.

Many variable, sure. Pretty bizarre, none-the-less.

Hope you get it sorted, @bigunyun. I'm having clone difficulties at the moment, and the more I try to "help things" the worse it gets, really.

I've wanted to try that dip n grow, can't find it with prime shipping to canada. Tried a similar liquid type one with that "alcohol" type base/liquid (that's what it smells like, kinda like ISO), and it did no better than anything else (though, I'm regressing at cloning anyways, hah).
What do you like about the dip and grow.

Well fuck me side ways now I get it. Love RIU always learning something new think I might have to change way I do clones scrap that I am changing the way I do clones
thankyou.
They grow a bit strange to begin with but given 4/5 weeks 18/24 they'll be back into full veg mode.
The photos crap but you'll get the idea of the strange growth.

I am running a 60 site ez cloner at 100% rooting
Why would I go backwards and have 60 root riots laying around gathering mold :wall:

Do you believe you know everything
Oops Im sure that is rhetorical

I get roots in 5 days to two weeks but I have a couple I waited nearly four weeks for
Some strains are quicker and some are turtle slow
And sometimes they are slow because the plants had been recently fed
I get my best results from hungry or early into flowering plants

When you say hungry do you mean you've been deliberately feeding them a lower ec in preparation to clone?
Any tips on preparing a mother for cloning would be appreciated?

Cheers SD

Bought a cloner. Followed directions. Nada. They looked like good cuttings. Took a few from a flowering plant too. Nada. Gawd I suck at this! How do you guys do it?

What's the wattage of the light and how high is it from the clones?
With your cloner/clones temps etc they should be rooting, I could be missing something else but to me it has to be either your water or your light, the rest of the parameters are well within rooting I think.

I use a clone king 36 and have found it helpful to add 1/2 cup of ice every few days. Do you mist your mothers 4-5 days before taking cutting? Also make your angle cut on the cutting when it is removed from the main stem. Good luck.

OK so I followed everyone’s advice and cut the light and warmed it up and added a dash of veg nutes and took some new cuttings. These look so much better. Strangely enough, 3 of the old cuttings also rooted after 3 weeks and I planted them. They were also the cuttings taken in mid flower, and the cuttings from plants in veg didn’t root (yet). :o
