Looks beautiful man.I was thinking the same, open the plant up by pulling down the branches and fixing them to level the canopy out, height isn't much use to a indoor grower, when you flip You’ll get plenty of height, heaps of it lol I'd concentrate on making it wide. View attachment 4833042

If you don't feel comfortable doing it then don't. I'm sure they'll grow up to be great plants either way.Wow. I already removed ALOT before these last pics. Fan leaves big as my hands.
But yea, there is a lot of big foliage at the tops that seems like it would be better to remove, as you say, to give light to lower tops.
But if im going to take all those leaves, it will mean i removed effin 50% of the plant.
You think these babies can handle that without to much stress?
Thanks Doug, I appreciate your comment.Looks beautiful man.
Yea. Feels like im a bit late with defol pruning and lsI was thinking the same, open the plant up by pulling down the branches and fixing them to level the canopy out, height isn't much use to a indoor grower, when you flip You’ll get plenty of height, heaps of it lol I'd concentrate on making it wide. Yea well..don't want to grow xmas trees either..thinking im gonna go a bit slow but do a little of everything. Gotta get rid of more foliage to find what branches to lst. Its not easy to lst these bushes. As i wrote earlier i want more height before scrogging. If you don't feel comfortable doing it then don't. I'm sure they'll grow up to be great plants either way.
Aha ok. Never heard before. No these are all taken from the same vegging mother. White rhino btwIf you reveg a plant or take clones in flower they grow with lots of stems and vegitation.

It's multi purpose... pests/humidity/algae/root benifits. That lid, is it against pest? Ir algae?
I had 22l air pots earlier, but when i found a bunch og eggs in the holes it scared me to buy new 40l fabrics hahah. Thinking about laying a lid over my halos to prevent algae in the coco.....It's multi purpose... pests/humidity/algae/root benifits.
Good idea. FloraFlex makes these round matrix. Pour your feed on top of them and they help evenly distribute the feed. Also acts as a lid to keep algae away.I had 22l air pots earlier, but when i found a bunch og eggs in the holes it scared me to buy new 40l fabrics hahah. Thinking about laying a lid over my halos to prevent algae in the coco.....
What do u think?
I would yes, it's a bit of benifit for free.I had 22l air pots earlier, but when i found a bunch og eggs in the holes it scared me to buy new 40l fabrics hahah. Thinking about laying a lid over my halos to prevent algae in the coco.....

i agree, after seeing his roots , i would slap a top over the pot just for that reason. Its so humid down in that area , his roots are porn coming out of the top like that....all fuzzy and shit....THATS what you want!I would yes, it's a bit of benifit for free.
I use a automated system in flower, during veg they're pain, but if you can live with them for 10/12 days the roots grow over the top of coco binding it together so when you feed it doesn't mine a hole.
GETOGROW thanks for your time and good explanationsi agree, after seeing his roots , i would slap a top over the pot just for that reason. Its so humid down in that area , his roots are porn coming out of the top like that....all fuzzy and shit....THATS what you want!
Keep the RH low in the room.... Helps with gnats... and at least 2 or 3 other benefits you will get from just throwing a top on the pots.
☆☆☆☆aaaaaah ok, trap the humidity in the pot, nd low it in the room to avoid gnats?
But what about the stomata? Dont you want sum to happen through the leaves?
You got SO MANY nodes and branches , that i thought it was a plant that finished budding , then you put her back into veg to "reveg" her... Thats usually that only way we see that many branches coming out the main. 3/4 of your lst is done without you touching her. (thank you leds!)
☆☆☆☆ok so you most def mean this is bc of the leds? The many branches, foliage and mabyyy no stretch and close nodes?
Sorry if i ask the same qs again.....sometimes i smøke :0
The one you defoled , is a lot better looking but i was talking even more then that.... almost naked branches. then bend them down to keep her low and wide. Your only goal right now is to keep as many tops as possible up around the same height as the rest in there. Then once the room is filled width ways , then you flip um and stop cutting on them. You will have 50 good tops in there.... Cut everything off the plant about 16" below the canopy so that everything in the room is a top only....no bottom junk at all.
☆☆☆this is exactly what ive read but was afraid to do....afraid to stunt them. The last try, witch fockin tore me apart, i was at this same time when it all fell apart. And i dont know if maby the heavy defol along with gnat attack made them never recover....or something.
But ok, ive got sticky traps and im aware of gnats and other pest now.
I will start some heavy pruning and defol tmorrow.
+++++ should I do it all in one day?
Maby defol all of them and prune some days later?
Any tips on how heavy i should go on dem babies?
Da fuuuuc why didnt i think about this!?!?!?!?If you're concerned about bugs with airpots you can put them into a woman's nylons/tights, stick a lid a lid on it to guard against fly by egg laying lol

I use iplantop 2000 watt full spec with daisy chains and as long as I turn my lights at 80 percent they reach way up.Yes, thats one reason they are so bushy. IF you want them to stretch more then yes, just turn the light down and adjust the feed accordingly. If you are at 100% power then go down to 60-70% for more stretch.
