Does this give light to the lower growth though? If u dont defo
I want to make the most of my space....You don't appear to headiing in any particular direction, what is your aim?
why do want to remove leafs, I mean whats your reason for doing it ?
Thats much better....now all the focus will be on the growth you left alone... thats great....will grow MUCH faster now.....So i did as much as my heart could take sum defol and pruning from bottom up...and ALOT of plucking big fans all around to reveal the tops....
What u thing ma dudes?
First pics is one that havent been done yet....next ones are from today
I also want you to get the most of your space but you need to take the advice on board, width is what you want...wide and low, you'll get plenty height once you flip trust me!I want to make the most of my space....

Nice man! Do u have leds? If so, what heights do u use throug the run?View attachment 4835061
This first pic is just the top of a plant....now im going to bend one of the tops over...View attachment 4835063
Now if i take and bend all the tops over like this then the plant goes from about a 14" circle to at least a 24" circle....almost doubling the space. Keep doing that until your room is full , then flip um...it wont take long at all...
Wow yea super video!!Instead of defoliation just jet I could cut all your lowers out and break the branches from bottom up all the way to the leaves. Watch this and I’ll see what I was trying to say. He breaks em all the way up
I’m always scared to grow mine this height before bending over. Scared I’ll need my tape lol. As soon as my roots are stable I Lst at three nodes . I do that so I can place my satellites in five different directions then I top all them to make 1,3,6,9 nodes for bud sites. Like getotogrow said the wider u make u canopy at flip the more buds will grow out with it. You can bend them a little over 90 degrees and they’ll always grow up and reach for light.View attachment 4835061

It's just about learning what the limits are. If you see burn you know the upper limit etc. You don't keep growing there. So you mean i should raise ppm until leaf tip burn?
Why not try to keep it at the low end of the scale to save nutes?
I use leds in veg and hps in flower and leds in another flower. I run them HIGH off the canopy because im not used to that much light being an hps guy. I dont think i have been any closer then 24" on the leds.Nice man! Do u have leds? If so, what heights do u use throug the run?
If i were really going to lst , then i would have started way early too! I just did that for a picture of what we are talking about. Thats a mother of a strain i created. (by accident...im no breeder)I’m always scared to grow mine this height before bending over.
