YELLOW LEAVES? HELP

Noticed a few yellow leaves on some of my plants was just wondering if anyone knows what could be causing this? I have done some research and think it could be a nitrogen or potassium deficiency?

The plants are 7 week old autos, Pineapple Express, blueberry cheese and stardawg grown in biobizz all mix. I have been giving them nutes now for about 2 weeks, biobizz bloom and grow.

If anyone could shed any light on what’s happening and how to fix would be much appreciated.

Your soil looks too dry for one and how close are they to your light?Once flowering they need more phos. and not at much nitrogen but don't think it's a nute issue

I did water them after taking these photos, the lights are about 50cm above plants, do you think I should raise them more?

About a 17in. is ok do u have a little fan moving the air around the plants? They need air movement when light is closer during flowering and how many days old r they?

Let me know how you get on mate, I’ve moved my lights a bit higher and I’m going to try adjusting the nutes slightly. How old are yours?

I know this is of topic. But why did you hack them up so much? You def reduced your final yield by over 50% imo.

You opened up all that space in the middle then have no tops there. It is just wasted space now.

This is not what is causing the issue so sorry again for off topic.

no thank you for the comment I’m just learning still I’ve only been growing for less than a year so any pointers to what I’m doing wrong or could improve are welcome.

I was trying LST and defoliated the lower leaves. I waited till the plants were 9 inches tall and then tied them down to let more light the lower Bud sites and removed the larger fan leaves.

I read a few tutorials and thought this the right way to do it?

Right way yes and no. You just took it to level 11.

You def want to open up the plant and spread it out. You want the top to be even.

You cut to much of the lower.

Cut to many big leaves.

You want to trim as little as possible especially on autos.

Do LST when the plant is small but leave everything on the plant till after it starts to flower. Once you see where all the heads are going you can decide what is over crowded and what is not.

I got 2 autos 35 days from paper towel. I have only trimmed a few fan leaves because they were to jammed up under my net.

Once they start to show full flower I will go in a chop a lil more and open up some space if needed. I will not be trimming any branches this go. Just big fan leaves that are jammed up on bud spots.

Ok thanks for the advice really appreciate it, next time I wont defoliate before flower.

Am I right the way I’m doing the LST? I’m starting the plant off near the edge of the pot then when the height is about the same as the diameter of the pot I’m tying it down to expose the lower growth? And tying down and spreading the other branches to try and make it even on the top?
