Need help with tap water report

This is the report for my local tap water I test it at 1EC/ 7.5pH. Just wanting to know if it is okay to use for rockwool or fox farm soil. im not sure what to look for exactly.

Is that city water? Not well water right?

Do they use nuclear waste water for your water supply? I wouldn't drink that if I were you... At 1 EC out of the tap how would you even add plant nutrients?

Might be time to look into an RO water system.

City. If it was his well the city wouldn't have a report on it

To have that much trihalomethane it would have to be city water, since it's usually a biproduct of chlorination.

I would get an RO system if that were my water.

Depends, that's why I asked. It just said report for my local tap water. At the cottage the neighbor get's his tested by the city every year, it's free, and he uses a well.

I knew it was bad but did not think we were in the top 5.
