Has anyone order from JOTI Lately? I ordered then sent payment. They received my payment. No response to my emails. And there is absolutely nothing available on the their website , not one seed. Does anyone know what's up?

Did they have the seeds you ordered in stock when you paid? I didn’t check every strain but it appears they’re totally out of stock.

Either out of business, dead, in jail or they’re in the process of changing something up

Buy somewhere reputable and deal with this as you can.

They did have them in stock when I ordered they notified me that it was back in stock. I paid almost $18.00 for a tracking number so they knew payment was on the way and would hold them.

Jordan of the Islands had mentioned they were very, very busy and that the website would be restocked shortly here as per his Instagram.

You can't get a single seed on their website. I understand the covid-19 and everything taking longer in the mail. But when I commit to buying seeds it says the seeds are on hold. I go to the post office and get international tracking and send them the tracking number so they know the payment is on the way and they can track it all the way. Now if my seeds are on hold and they received my payment 2 weeks ago I would think that said seeds on hold should be shipped within the 2 weeks. How hard is it to ship seeds and mark it sent. Vancouver Seed Bank sent my seeds the same day they got my payment. They have the same mailing address as JOTI and received my payments the same day. If they don't have the seed stock I don't think they should be selling them. They should know we are on a time line to start our seeds for our outdoor grow. So all the free seeds do no good for this year. I have bought others to fill the gap but that's not the point. I know they have put something on instagram about being behind and restocking, but I shouldn't have to email them and search the web to see if they're still in business.

I ordered a pack a while ago and it was delivered within a couple weeks. I order a second time about a month ago haven't see anything yet. My order said "on hold" so I emailed him and he said it's an oversight and he's in the process of catching up to all the orders. I guess that's a risk we take when we deal with small timers like him.

Well they should be able to catch up if they have the seed stock because they haven't had anything up for sale for at least 2 weeks online if not longer. And they didn't have much before that. I was on the email list for when the seeds I ordered came back in stock and bought them immediately. All's I'm saying is if they truly put the seeds on hold when you order, then the seeds should be there to be shipped out when the payment arrives. I was excited to try their stuff but maybe next year. The covid excuse and we're just a small company is getting old. Breeders know that you need the seeds at certain times of the year. When I ordered them there was lots of time to get them for June planting. There still is if they ship them now but that window is closing. Regular seeds grow to determine if female cut clones takes time.

I'll tell you what happened. He sold more than he had stock and now he's waiting on a new batches of seed. Like the person above said he'll probably throw in a couple free packs to make up for it. I'll let you know if I hear anything new.

JOTI sent me an email stating sorry for the delay and my order has shipped. At least they finally reached out and updated me. Not knowing what's up especially when they didn't have any seeds available online and didn't respond to emails. Well hopefully everything goes well from here on out.

Yeah he sent me an email yesterday saying my order will ship tomorrow. Definitely not buying from him again.
