Purple stems on leaves

I've read that purple stems on leaves is a phosphorus issue. Is this easily corrected? The plants are all taking same nutrient regiment and look great at this point. Is the purple leaf stem issue a serious one or not so much? These are 4 weeks into veg.

If the plants are healthy don't worry about purple stems. Much of the time it's genetics. Don't start dumping stuff on your plants based off of some cannabis broscience that says it's a deficiency. I grow healthy plants all the time that have purple stems. I don't pay any attention to it.

The worst thing a grower can do is try and fix an issue that doesn't exist based on something they heard on the internet.

Any that get hit with decent photons get kind of a sunburn response...no worries as long as it is not accompanied by other issues.

This is bad info. I'm sorry to say. Not anywhere close to broscience. Healthy visually maybe.. Sure, its not a major issue. However, its correctable to have healthy, shiny & green shoots. Like a Basil plant lol. Nice & green=Health

It's not bad advice. Those plants look healthy. If it was anything to worry about there would be other symptoms with the plant.

I 100% stand behind my advice. I grow healthy plants with purple stems all the time. Those that are quick to start adding things to correct a non-problem end up with actual problems.

I'm not talking about anyone's plants. Nor adding anything for correction. . However, again, Visually healthy. Sometimes the result of red/purple stems is bc of that is the end result of a symptom its showing you

Hard to see anything with that pic....but it's usually a little N deficient when you get purple stems....purple steams on leaves, i'd have to see what you're talking about there

Nah. Bad info that you have been learned over time, to not be any issue. Therefore, telling others that it is no issue. When you can grow any plant without red stems. Therefore, yep. Bad info from one person to another
