You want your res around 68 degrees. You need to keep it cool for your plants or add more humidity.Well shit. Only way i can keep the temps down is to run the intake and exhaust fans. I don't have an air conditioner. And my nutrient res needs a chiller or something. So my humidity goes way down because of the fans being on. What can i do?
I knew i was going to need a chiller or something at some point. Just not this soon. I can leave it open during the day when i am at work but i have lights on schedule to start coming on at 10pm until 4 pm. Any ideas? You want your res around 68 degrees. More humidity? Like 75%You want your res around 68 degrees. You need to keep it cool for your plants or add more humidity.
I just got done taking the driver off my lights and i mounted it on the outside of my tent. That should solve alot of problems. It stays about 75 when lights are off. We will see what happens when lights come on. Question. I have my light putting out 70%. Should i put it at 60%Your leaves are curling from that heat. Just way too hot.
Two drivers outside the tent I'm guessing on the light size? Any heat reductions will help with AC.No

No. Just one driver. Ambient temp of it at 100% though is 95°. Made the tent way lighter tooTwo drivers outside the tent I'm guessing on the light size? Any heat reductions will help with AC.
Say my driver fixes my heat problem. If it's around 75° with lights on and 67%rh. That's good right? Ive been using a VPD app and with those numbers thats really good. Like .52 and thats just guessing leaf temp. But with my lights giving off such little heat i guess leaf temp is around 70-72°. The pic is with lights out.You want your res around 68 degrees. Why so dead set on hydro?I really want to do hydro. This is just turning out harder than i thought it would be.
Are you a grower that doesn't change the nute resevoir? You let the system and the plants tell you how to feed? Why so dead set on hydro?
Dude I’m home and commercial both are organic soil. I used to do rdwc, ebb and flow, nft coco all that stuff but soil taste better and just as fast as hydro. When I did my rdwc I didn’t run a sterile res I actually ran compost teas in it. You should always read your plants and let them tell you what they need. Are you a grower that doesn't change the nute resevoir? You let the system and the plants tell you how to feed?
yes grow lights are much different than regular lights. Is a photo biological grow light different from other lights?
That looks like a crawl space lolWell. I have it set up in my bedroom. Its clean. And less chance of bugs. A fly got in there. It died. Lol. Well. Maybe thats a bad sign for my plants too. I do have 2 purple cheese autos under my bed(pic). I love the idea of soil. Just kind of messy for where i am at. I live in a condo.
Cheese balls container with money, Christmas lights, a creepy teddy bear, a pool noodle in a leather boot. That picture has it all. That looks like a crawl space lol
Lol. Nope. Thats under my bed. With my mattress it comes to my chest. That looks like a crawl space lol
