I'd dig around in the coco to check on them. Next time soak the seeds for 48 hours and then put them in paper towels for 3-4 days befor planting them into the substrate you're using.

Update: I dug the seeds up. They are still there, not missing. I gave them more nutrient solution to make sure they stay moist.
