Autoflowers turning out to be photos....help please

Hello - this is only my second batch and they were supposed to all be autos. They were a year old purchased from growers choice and The second batch took a long time to flower. I even have an AK 47 auto that is at 17 weeks. My gorilla glue auto is just now showing bud sites. It had been in the pre-flower for quite some time. Because I was an idiot and didn’t think to switch the lights. It’s a beautiful plant and I need to send pics, but was just wondering if anyone else has ever gone that long growing a photo?

You are right – I am. Because I have a lot of questions and I am so excited to have somewhere to ask them. My AK 47 auto is the last of the autos to pull. I have never seen Amber trichomes With any of my two batches. So, my first question is, should I pull my auto. I will attach pictures. And is it normal to have a gorilla glue that you thought was an auto turn photo and only be in the early bud stage at 17 weeks? These were close to one-year-old seeds and I’m wondering or figuring that’s what it has to do with. Thanks so much for replying.

No that's not even close to ready for harvest. Maybe a month to go.

More and more people are saying they are supposed to have autos and they turn out to be photos. I'm guessing the seed banks they are getting them from are less than reputable. Probably grabbing a handful of random seeds and shipping them out.

Craps - I pulled a lot of the yellow leaves and have been flushing it. It just feels so odd that it is 17 weeks old and still not finished for an auto. Really appreciate your responses. Means a lot. Thank you

No - I thought it was close to harvest. I have an LED magnifier and just thought because it continued to be cloudy that it would be OK to pull or harvest. Since the gorilla glue turned out to be a photo, I had to switch to 12 and 12. I am assuming that because I flushed it The leaves turn yellow. LOL. Again, I am new to this and I’m trying really hard with feeding, lighting, temperature, pH levels, and humidity levels.

If some of this doesn’t make sense, it’s because I am using voice over invoice over just doesn’t agree with my voice. LOL

Why is the plant outside if you're growing indoors?

switching from indoor to outdoor and back again can shock them and slow it down even more. keep your conditions consistent if you want it to finish.

I haven’t switched it to outdoors. I brought it out because I was going to chop it. Then I decided to reach out to this thread for the first time. Now she’s back in her tent.

Try to brace her up before she snaps something otherwise oh well.

She still blooming , feed her , keep flushing to turds only.
There are methods that can force finish but she looks like she is running on her own terms , when it’s done it’s done.

You new growers need to stop focusing so much on the trichomes. It's causing many to harvest way to soon. I know there is some chart floating around and people have started to believe that the trichomes don't lie. They do. Now people are harvesting based on the trichomes for a head or body high. It's gotten ridiculous.

That plant is a long ways away from being done. Had you chopped because of your belief it was ready because of some cloudy trichomes you would have had a bunch of fluffy immature weed.

There is so much bad information out when it comes to growing cannabis it's actually detrimental to new growers.
