That top middle leaf looks suspicious to me. Those bastards are hard to see. I hope I'm wrong though.

That does look like an aphid, so maybe he's got a bug zoo.
The white spots made me think of mites. But that doesn't mean he doesn't have other critters too. That really does look like an aphid.

No. You need to look close. I'm seeing pests and signs of such. We are looking at the white and black dots. Not the plant. Cannot identify from afar. LOL.
