There are mobile and immobile nutrients. Some mobile nutrients move one way while others are able to move up and down the plants vascular system.

I made a joke about boiling, freezing roots, dark period before harvest which is just stoner broscience and you get all unhinged as if I made a personal attack on you.

I don't care what you believe but if you really want to learn then reading 700 pages is not that difficult of a task. If you're too lazy to take the time to learn yourself and instead want others to just tell you what you want to hear then that's an issue you need to deal with. That's a mindset that is detrimental to learning anything.

Flush your plants with ice water daily while leaving them a week in the dark before you harvest. I don't give a damn.

Paper bag method is just a way old method (who knows it may have been debunked) but 20yrs ago it was standard practice.

I use paper bags all the time. My standard process is to chop the plants either whole or in branches, then hang to dry for around 5 days (until the outer leaves start to become crispy). Then I cut the branches down to shorter lengths and fill up paper bags, and hang the paper bags while the branches continue to dry. Once they are completely dry I will trim as my time allows, and go straight into jars (or bags if I'm out of jars). I find the paper bags give a more even dry, and somewhat slow the process, so they cure a bit in the bags before I trim. I don't really burp much once in the jars, because my weed is usually the perfect dryness when I trim.

MCSE, CCNA, SQL, Linux, Visual Basic, C#, Some C++ and C. Of course HTML, some python. Too much stuff to list. I go way back to NT 3.51. Jack of all trades. I remember Netware and ColdFusion. I still have a couple Cisco 2600 switches I acquired over the years and other ancient networking equipment, software, etc... I don't know why I keep it. But I can't throw it away.

Well I have to correct you here, they're still technically floppy discs in cases, just like a VHS cassette or mini-disc.. Cheers!

Yes but it was a legacy thing, the disks were actually soft and pliable then lol thats all I was saying. 3.5"s were an amazing leap in reliability. They had way less errors due to the hard casing.

Anyone play Zork back in the days when it was online only and you had to have a work dial in connection? Lol

If I starve out the plant in that final week (whether by ice or boiling the roots) and watch it move all its nutrients around and burn off all the chlorophyll to get a jump start on curing is this so bad?

Remember, I do not care about the last week's worth of growth. I've got more than enough.

How about thc, terpenes and maxing those attributes out? That honestly like say I’ll could make 3000 bucks but I’ll take 750 instead because reasons. Starving your plant doesn’t make any sense regardless of how you slice it. You still will want dry slow over ten Days or so before smoking to get that nice smooth taste.

Fine, until I have the ability to truly test I will simply follow your advice.

Tell me if I got this right:

No starving roots, water plain water on the day before chopping, have a dark night,chop, hang for at least 10 days in a dark windy tent at a specific humidity and temperature.

Temperature shouldn't be over 70 and lower if possible. Relative humidity should be 63%.

Buds are ready for jarring when the stems snap but not to crisply? That judgment call always threw me. Do I want to lean towards crisp or bendy?

I'll allocate 20 days before the move just in case it needs more hang time, that's the variable I can't control.
