Are mt plants ready for flush

Newer grower here. Im in week 6 of flower. All my strains are 8 week flower according to seed manufacturers. I was planning on flushing when 10-14 days out. Took some pics of trichomes but im new to this and not sure if these are milky or clear. To mee the majority seem clear. Ill post pics with it. Anyone with a little more expertise want to let me know what you think. Thanks all!

Based on my wealth of experience I can attest to the hardest part of flushing is getting your plants in an array close enough to the toilet to enjoy the 'misting' while staying in the lights. I haven't dialed in the decibel level the plant needs to hear the flush but research continues apace.

PS Lower your nutrients fed toward the end but don't flush. That broscience is a myth.

A couple of things... forget about 8 weeks it'll be ready whenever that is.

Forget about flushing until the plant is matured, how can it mature and finish if you're not giving them the necessary nutrition?

Edit... I forgot to add from the photos it looks like it's still a bit to go, 10 weeks is nearer the norm.

Science says not
I don't doubt science, but that can't be right, I'm not saying that it makes a difference but there can't not be mineral residue in the bud, the plant sucked it up before getting chopped?
Assuming that the plant is converting the minerals then x days of water should have less mineral residue, I deduce a cleaner smoke from that.
