I sort of skimmed by the rest of it, but have you set up your electric to handle all of this-you will need plenty of circuits and enough room in the circuit box for all of them, you might even need a new box or to run a sub panel or something, every situation is different? The lights, mini-split, and dehumidifier all use a lot of juice. BK is 100% right about the BTUs and heat from the dehumidifier. If it's an old building, you're going to want to get the wiring checked by an actual electrician. If it's older wiring, you don't want to push it, remember even with modern wiring you don't want to go past 80% of the circuit's max load, so with a 15 amp circuit, don't plug in more than 12 amp's worth of equipment. How old is the building? I remember one guy asking similar questions and he had the ancient paper wrapped wiring, he is probably reading this thread from heaven right now. Lastly, those CO2 mushroom bags are utter crap.
