Craziest 14 day stretch! What's yours?.

Blackberry Gum auto left, GDP right. Supposed to have minimal stretch, and be short. Has to be the craziest stretch I have ever dealt with over 14 days, around 2 foot of vertical growth in 14 days. Grew well over an inch in the last 24hrs, hoping it stops soon as I'm fucked for height. Final pic is day 45 from seed. Whats was your craziest stretch?

I take it that 5x5 was like 7 foot tall? If so I couldn't imagine what that plant would have looked like outside with multi months to veg lol.

It took me a while to realise there was a second screen lol. Nice even canopy.

Just recently 1"+ a day for 4 days consecutive, putting the net on it totally halted the vertical growth overnight, after netting it only grown vertically another 1/1.5" or so.


I'm curious how close folks night and day temps were with lots of stretch?
Apparently keeping the temps close during night and day helps prevent stretch, that's not been the case ime, what about yours?

I keep my room within a couple degrees day/night temps. More stupid bro science imo

its all in the genetics of what they will do. Every person who’s grown my ffc noob or experienced have the same stretch as I have with it, and I warn them they will grow 1-2” a day for the full 3 week transition.

Looks like just a different phenotype, unless they are clones of each other, then
You might want to consider supercropping her. Lovely room.

I scrog so it's harder to tell, but my plants have never really stretched much. I hear people talking about how they will double or more in size, and that's just crazy to me. I've run a ton of different strains and they all seem about the same. Sometimes I wish they would stretch more so that I could give them a shorter veg cycle.

This is hilarious. You set your net super low, maxed it out with vegging branches, then let it go at the start of the stretch. You broke all of the scrog rules! haha...

Different varieties, first time growing the tall one. I usually don't top or super-crop unless I have prior experience with the seeds.

Yeah, zero canopy control with different varieties unless you set up a scrog. I don't bother and I get canopies all over the place. I try not to let colas burn off on the lights as it can set up for mold. So I supercrop when they get too close. Plants look great.
