Because Democrats are actually trying to legislate for all Americans and not just make sure that the wealthiest in our nation continue to be the only ones benefitting from what is the gridlock that the Republicans offer the nation.
As much as people like to complain the Democrats have been winning, and have been getting stuff done. But they need to get more done, and that is going to take Americans across the nation voting in even more Democrats to show that they are ready to get some serious work done.
i'm not saying to not do it but put on back burner for a few days. Manchin and Sinema need to finalize because Sanders is not letting another penny go. the way to do that is to make them want it..right now they're making us need them, so Biden has to spin it around or it will be dead dead..he has to do something to make them want it. the only way i can think of is 'the takeaway'. The Bill was $6T. Sanders already cut it in half.

or bring it to the floor 'as is' and if he 'no' votes it goes on his record- which they hate. this is for money and will stick out like a sore thumb because at the end of the day he always votes with the party..let his voters draw and quarter him when they see the "no'. let him go back to one of the poorest states in the nation..it'll look like 1/6.
