Quick question about yields?

Ok, I'll be quick about this :)

1 plant
1m Wide x 1m Deep x 1.5m Tall - grow space
1 x 400w MH (for veg)
1 x 400w HPS (flowering)

Will be going to flower when plant is 12" or so tall.

What sort of yield would I expect roughly? Just want to see if its worth the effort.... if its not, i'll just carry on buying my skunk.

definately worth the effort. nothing like homegrown. i would suggest starting with more than 1 unless you're using feminized seeds. search SCROG.

the only issue i see is the hieght. with only 1.5m some of that will be taken up by the pot and the light so scrog would be a good technique when you have a hieght restriction. and go for an indica dominant strain (shorter).

any way you could throw at least 4 plants in? that would be better if you want yeild. I tossed 9 in with 400 watts before and got around 7oz

Plants going in at 12" can give you like 3oz a plant considering strain and how well you feed and care for them. Easy if you know what you are doing to get that much or more. Do the math at like $400 and oz....... Worth it?????

Shit $100 a Q is low for some people around my way for high level bud like what he is thinking of growing. Thats what I get at least. Some people get that for Beasters from some people. Hell send your shit my way and I'll keep the difference.lol Why what are you getting?

I'd say $400 an ounce is a fair judgement. Mate of mine gives £200 GBP for an ounce on the regular.... does them at 3g & skims .5g off each one to make up the extra he paid.

Normally you would expect to pay around £120 an ounce depending on availability.

Yup. Thatd be ChemDawg. Ive never smoked it, but from the hype on how good it is, $500 bucks is a good price on a fat oz. in 2008-09 im sure the price hasnt changed per oz of some shit like that, but then again, i wouldnt know cuz i wouldnt pay no 500 bucks for one Z , lol.

Dude. If your growing out some premium seeds that your buying online, more than likely its gonna be some fuckin DIGGITY if you grow it right. For shit like that, its worth anywhere between 300-500 an oz depending on the market in your area. Well, actually, from what i hear even in cali where theres fuckin dank weed everywhere, it STILL costs $250-$400 an oz man. Anyone who says that serious nuggets cost less either have a bomb ass hookup, or has never smoked REAL nugs in their lives.

In otherwords man, Hell yeah its worth it. ESPECIALLY if your growin 1 feminized plant with a 400w setup. Using that MH during veg, n switching out to HPS during flower is just gonna make your plant fuckin explode n blow the fuck up with buds man. Just try it, and YOU be the judge dude :D

I think it depends on your connections and whether you cloe to grower or down the line you know. I mean I never pay more than $300 an ounce. That is for white widow, diesel,bubblegum,ssh,sour d,etc. But once it makes it to the ghetto look out your paying $25-30 a gram all the way up

Bout 2 zones on thursday when i got paid. In austin, tx i bought ounce of sour diesal(highs) for 400 and soem mids for 385.. mexi weed i can get 30 a ounce

Thats 1 square metre, and thats exactly what most seed companies base expected yields on, so expect anything lower than that.. If you pull 3/4lb or more, then pat yourself on the back..

I can get really good weed (WW at the moment) for cheaper than I can get bunk street weed.. Buddy only needs $150/oz, and mystery bags are usually $180-200 or higher elsewhere.. Alot of ppl on this site are probably in similar situations..

Edit: Where you're at matters a ton.. You could NEVER sell an oz for $400 here unless it was bubble hash..
