it says for any transactions of $600 or more which by itself is an unusual number...hmmmmm $600..$600? the article i read was incorrect in stating that banks have to report anything over $10 which is incorrect. it's $10k. you make $600 on a minimal job.

It's said/stated usually by an academic, who observe but never actually participated in it.

Just as a good art critic can be no good as an artist, I think requiring one to have lived it is not necessary. Worse, the particulars of the duress are likely to induce bias in a possible arbiter.
