One example, in 1972 was when colleges had to start letting women and minorities full access, so basically anyone with a PhD prior to 1980 was a white male. That would mean that anyone gaining a college education in the 90's was getting it almost exclusively from white men, which is what today's far right dick heads really want us to go back to.
But it is not going to happen. These idiots have just found a new toy to spread their brainwashing propaganda, and are acting like the spoiled rotten brats they were back when they were throwing fits in the toy isles as kids with our democracy using it.
They were smart and won a huge victory using Obama to scare up enough white angst in 2010 to gerrymander their power for the next decade, and ultimately giving us Trump in 2016, which they have now used to gerrymander as much as they could for the next decade.
Which sucks. Especially when coupled with the stuffing of their right wing activist judges. But the 70 year scam that the white men in the Republican party has been exposed, and they lost in 2018, and again in 2020. With the power of the presidency, and house and senate in 2018. It is going to be hard for the red states to regain their local democracies before 2030, but I don't see the Democratic party dropping the ball on the next census like they did the last one.
