I'm running Money Gun right now too. I'm going to flip them in a few days after they bounce back from being moved into a new environment.

I like the use of straw. I'm not sure if it was you who I saw using it before, but it looks cool.

Candy Milk #2 shaping up to be a killer. This girl REEKS. Handles 1100pfd of light in stride.

Gave money gun #1 a defoliation on the lowers. Dont need any more balls around these parts. Shes gonna be a beast indeed, a whole 250w light all to herself.

fwiw, my 2 money gun phenos have both had relatively low stretch.

a couple folks here use straw as well, My humidity is super low, i liked the idea of a barrier from light and dry air to keep my soil from becoming too barren. Keeping the top layer moist assures microbial activity doesnt fall off of from drought as well. It seems to help with water distribution when i pour from my gallon containers too, no more holes in the dirt from the force of the water hitting it. And maybe its a coincidence but i havent seen a single gnat this run. Not sure what medium youre running but if its soil and you have IG, give Buildasoil a follow, the guy is a dirt wizard lol

I'm using coco, but it sounds like it would prevent the same issues. I used to use FloraFlex watering lid things, and just preventing light from touching the medium is a big plus. I need to do some research to see if it would work with coco.

Heres a shot of the closet, 3 different plants of 3 Queens are the nearest ones and a pheno of Candy Milk in the back towering over them.

Got my bottles of Fish Shit today. Expensive stuff, ill definitely be using it sparingly, mostly in bloom. Met the guys who own the company at Cannacon this year, they were super cool, gave me a couple samples and my ladies seemed to be loving it. Im a sucker for shaking hands with the folks whos stuff i use, them deciding to attend that event and enthusiastically interact with growers along with BuildASoil is the reason i placed orders with them recently.

They gave me those same bottles free at the hydro store I stopped by.
