Did i destory my weed defoliating too early and heavy?

Im sorry to repost this. Last night i was in tears fearing i destoryed my 6 girls so i made a post but its gone today...i fear i overdefoliated and killed my girls. They are 11 days into flower and i removed most of the large fan leafs. I KNOW it was a fup, i was burnt out. They havent even started to snowball, its justttt forming buds. I fear they are going to completely die or not flower at all. Im ok with losing some yield, as obvs i fed up. But i need to know if i ruined my bf and my grow...... they are girl scout cookie extreme , and flower for 70 days. Please tell me if im big fuked.....

they'll be fine, opened up more light and air for the low down stuff. I cut probably double that off again every few days once i'm 4-5 weeks into flower.

Everyone told you they are fine last night, no worries, they are still fine this morning. Give them a week or two and you won't be able to tell you defoliated them.
