Looks like nanners

Today is the big day; I'm chopping my girls. This is the crop that almost went sideways a couple of times. I got double pneumonia and had to spend a week in the hospital and couldn't do squat for another two weeks. During that time they got hit with spider mites and I had to instruct my son over the phone on how to care for them. They also almost ran out of water/nutes, so I had to explain to him how to take care of that - over the phone. Two more plants to chop and yank the fan leaves and I'll be done. The nanners are just a joke.

Sure feels great to have those successfully chopped and hanging up. I'm going to wrap some of it in corn shucks and ferment it and see what that's like. That'll be a week of fermenting and three months of curing. Seeing all that bud hanging up makes me feel RICH! ...and the fact that I have several jars (close to a gallon each) of dried / cured bud.

Congrats on your early harvest....those look nowhere near finished. Does the fermenting work better that way or something? I just started reading up on that method so I apologize if that is a dumb question.

Yeah, we're going out of town for a couple of weeks and I had to get them done, ready or not. I've already smoked a bunch of this is it's crazy good, even though it's not fully ready. There are several of them that have about 20% amber so it's not a big deal. It's called "cobbing" and I've just learned about it myself. Here's a link: https://rollitup.org/t/cobbing.1066431/

It was a virus. I also had bacterial (RSV) flu at the same time. I almost died; came very, very close.
Yep, RSV can be a complete killer for adults. RSV gave me myocarditis in 2016 which left me in coronary care for four weeks. Ever since then, and respiratory issues cause pericarditis.

Cardiac troponins were 24000, CRP at 745. It was no fun.

I just got over RSV a couple weeks ago. Was sick for almost 4 weeks and basically bedridden for about 6 days. it was fucking awful. how long after you were sick did the myocarditis develope?

About thee or four weeks. Just had cold/flu symptoms that wouldn't go away, alongside the most insanely green sinus issues. Being stubborn I ignored it for weeks and woke up one morning with what I thought was bag indigestion and a worse fever. Hands and feet were balloons and I was green head to toe lol. Temp was 40.3c and I went into cardiac arrest in the toilet due to reactive thrombocytosis.

Luckily my housemate found me and rang the ambulance. Even the night before I was like "it's just a bad cold".

Not a good idea. Ended up with myo-pericarditis, a massive effusion, ishcemic damage and a near death experience. Had to get the pericardium drained three times.

Ever since then, the slightest chest I fection causes pericarditis. The joys of rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.

that sounds fucking horrible dude. sorry that happened to you! I was pretty close during the worst day of my RSV to going to either urgent care or ER. I feel very lucky that I don't have any lasting effects from it.
