Hi all, this is my first "serious" grow. Ive done some seed chucking and crude indoor growing but this is my first time really trying to do everything right. I got a 5 pack of feminized purple kush seeds from Crop King's Seeds. All five sprouted within 48 hours. They were then all placed in rockwool and top fed fox farm grow big hydro at 1/4 strength in a DWC rig under a spiderfarmer sf-2000 in a 2x4 tent. That was January 16 that they went in the rockwool. Ive been following the FF ppm schedule and not any any issues except a calcium deficiency which was resolved with cal-mag. Anyway the main thing im noticing is the uniqueness in each plant. Leave shape, color, structure, vigor, etc. They are all supposed to be the same strain. They've all got the same treatment. I was even rotating them in the slots every day when there were less roots. Why are they so different. I understand a small bit about phenotypes and all but I was under the impression that a good strain is bread to be stable and uniform. I mean I'll probably only keep the one bigger plant as a mother. That one has the most vigor by far. I should note that i culled one as well that was just way behind all the others. Am I expecting too much?
