As far as I know you are right but when you let the first 10% turn amber the more will be cloudy than clear and amber being stronger than clear . So I let it go until I saw coloring in very minimal amount of trichomes

Awesome grow btw, delicious dense looking buds ya got there. I will be the last one here to say you did any wrong or right call, it is your grow, but I can be opinionated at times. Don’t second guess yourself too much mate.

I just wanted to mention the trich amber thing because I didn’t notice anyone else yet, and it’s one of many things to consider and experiment with.

yeah basically any study on THC in buds will show a peak at ~~2 weeks before actual cut, it's the THC-A degrading into CBN then that reduces it and increases that annoying couchlock sedation.

Consider the Gavita 1700e is recommended to replace a 1000w HID in a 4 x 4 area and is 1781umol. Is also 645w


A 1000w Hortilux HPS is right around 1880umol

So going by what Gavita says and recommends their light is good for, it takes 40.3w Sq/ft to equal an HID

to be fair I always miss the notion of "with" or "without CO2 supp" for this assessments. Depending on that both numbers may be on point

i actually find my nl to be at its best at 45-50 days. now at that point the weight is not fully there but the high is incredible. i have smoked early harvested weed many times before but nl has a unique effect on me for sure. the nl i love is that nl when i let it go for 60 days it just turns into a heavy heavy indica. at that point i don’t really feel the distinction between nl and any other indica.

And as far as sister fucking goes, we have way too much. Know people in domestic violence type work and the number of girls sexually abused by family members is atrocious. There is a reason for a lot of social problems in this world. Nothing happens in a vacuum.
And the number of children with mild autism to severe developmental disabilities is really bad and getting worse. I assume everyone is doing the best they can with their limited abilities. Keeps me from being surprised too often.
Everything is funny when happening to someone else.
Try to end suffering, not enable it.

Sometimes they look good and still need a couple of weeks to ripen. Run them again if you have clones. Move on if not. Next time try to stagger your harvest by 2 weeks. Take some and leave some. Then you can compare cuts.

Im not enabling anything. I was simply trying to tell the OP that genetics play a major roll in the outcome of your harvest. Seeds are just like kids. You can have 10 kids, and some are going to be tall, short, smart, ummmmmm.. not so smart, be an athlete, or a couch potato (we can say potato right?) I've paid $15 a seed for supposedly great genetics only to find they grow way different that the breeder had stated. I've also paid 1/2 that price and gotten great results. The fact that he came out of the gate with all of this "sister fuckin', hillbilly, etc" was uncalled for, however, it didn't offend me. And since when was "retarted" an offensive adjective? You're skin has got to be thick in this world of keyboard warriors. And @Wattzzup , I don't have any beef with you man. I try to help as many people on here as I can. I answer personal emails from members daily trying help people out when I have time. Erbody relax.. damn.

It is wild how price paid determines nothing about product received with seeds. Hit and miss after that. And then you add the human factor.

Genetics or tolerance. Doesn’t look like there’s anything wrong with the flower really. So either you accidentally grew some cbd dominant stuff or you have a stupid high tolerance. It happens, if I’m not dosing heavy edibles I’m smoking through a 1/4 a day of about as good of flower as it gets. Get some stronger genetics or start doing extracts. Yes. it is. That's why I like pheno hunting. Im about to wrap up a room that has 40 Dosi Whoa! that I have cloned for 3 years, and they all look identical. ... like a Kansas wheat field. Im trying 2 other strains, Lemon Cane and Bittersweet Haze. I could not find one BS Haze that I would clone. I did find one pheno of Lemon Cane out of 34 that I did clone, and glad I did. The room is all over the map with the 2 new strains,.. tall ones, bonsai trees, a handful of sickly looking ones (all came from the same mother).... some seeds are just, ... bad seeds.
