Started getting these colored spots on my leaves and a few tiny holes. Growing in Build A Soil light mix and top dressed with 3.0. Feeding Roots Organics Buddha Grow and Real Growers Recharge roughly once a week. This started showing right after transplant and watering in 2 gallons. Over/underwatering? Over/underfeeding? Light stress? Deficiency? Shock? Temperature?8A8E445E-0104-4A1B-8CB7-C149FC04A374.jpegBEA9894B-69A5-4C4A-B030-6D7147130563.jpeg29F8B6C6-A5C3-482A-BEB9-4949BEDBD200.jpeg

Yellow tips on new growth are a sign of nute burn.. Your soil should have plenty so
I would back off, and water only, till the plants catch up with the soil.

In 2 gallon pots or watered in 2 gallons? Plants that small don't really need much. Stick to water, and small amounts

My stems are purple also and veins are slightly purple on a few plants. Temperatures did get a bit cold on a few nights. Low 60s

Someone said epsom, already. need Mg in my opinion. Using RO? The purple stems and interveinal chlorosis are indicators.

Looks alot like light stress to me. Light stress and burn can look alot like nutrient issues. Throwing too much Magnesium at a plant can cause uptake issues for calcium.

With that being said, your issue resembles a Magnesium deficiency. Epson Salts are fast acting coupled with the fact that its a mobile element. Small doses are what I'd recommend in conjunction with raising your light a little bit.
