It should be for an adult. If he's an adult, he should have the ability to control his emotions, and think with logic. As you mature you learn to control emotions, like not crying when your feelings get hurt.

i try to give people who don't believe what i believe some leeway, but i don't coddle them. i start off trying to explain why i think they're wrong, and try to keep it civil till they make it uncivil...i may have missed the beginning of his statements, but where i stepped into the conversation, he was already being insulting and offensive, and talking out of his ass.
