GDP Almost There?...

Thank You for your input Lordhooha!
This plant and a couple of others were hovering around 10 weeks flower, White Widow is approx. 7-9 weeks flower, virtually no white pistils remaining, changed colors, Trichomes turning amber, and a dozen forum members said good to chop. Then you come along and say not even close and not fed properly? Oh man, this is terrible. Very frustrating part of this home growing effort. I'm also trying to dial in chop time. Will try again. I'm just going to throw that White Widow away with your suspicion of this not even being a white widow plant or misfed. White Widow seeds from Rocketseeds. So much time and $ wasted. As for feeding, I use the Botanicare and Canna brand nutes, make my own RO water, and use BlueLab ph and ppm meter for measuring levels. This second grow I learned to monitor those ppm levels during watering and feeding schedules. Back to the drawing board :)
No white pistils remaining, and shriveled up for a couple weeks, then she's done. White pistils indicate she's still growing. Growing buds don't get ripe

10 weeks has little to do with anything. A plant is done when it’s done.

It's either sarcasm or a great respect for one vs. the many. It couldn't be sarcasm though because any one that has burgers wouldn't know sarcasm if it hit them in the short and curlie fries.

Plants look great. I'd be VERY happy with them.
Howdy NotTheRobot! Great hearing from and meeting ya. Thank you for the suggested clarification. I'm actually chopping a GDP plant from same tent with same grow time and signs. And I choose this day based on the details we all look for at this stage of growth. It won't be perfect but I do know this second grow ever is looking better than the first in overall yield, smell, and quality. Following a wet trim a couple of days ago, I couldn't even wash the glue off my hands and nothing worked until Iso alcohol did the trick. All little details that weren't so noticeable on the first grow. Thank You again.

@Lordhooha and @Hollatchaboy know what they're talking about. It takes a while on RIU to separate the people who know their shit from the people who think they do.
I viewed their profiles and read a few of their latest posts and yeah, their knowledge and comments are above my pay grade.
This is why I was so disappointed with myself after 3+ mos. working that plant to just throw it out and start over. I won't bother drying/curing into a bad smoke. Since 10 weeks flower apparently didn't do it, I'll be running my third grow with new White Widow plants for at least 11 to 12 weeks before asking. I say 11 to 12 weeks as everything that I've done for 10 weeks of flower yielded a plant that still had a long way to go and got chopped.

Oy Vey!!! Shitty moment and day for it. Well, good! Glad to see that this sport is not always easy or everyone would be growing. Reserved for those who give a damn and enjoy growing. I'm in :)

If you had to wash the glue off your hands you already know if it's good weed :-).

We're putzing along with this GDP. This plant was watered just yesterday. First grow (mother plant) was good but chopped too early at 102 days from seed. This one I have no idea while some tell me if was ready a week ago and others say not quite ready. I've only recently learned and been paying more attention to pistils changing colors no matter what week I'm on. Captured some trich pics below.GDPaaa.jpgtempImageBahVFW.pngtempImageEzHFuc.pngtempImageHT8uXC.pngtempImagemuGrQb.pngtempImagesM7ald.pngtempImageLIUhHQ.pngtempImage2MLXEw.png

I don't check trichs anymore. You can kinda tell when the plant is done by its appearance.
