Stopping the guns would help too, or regulating them with common sense. The government can regulate firearms, both in caliber and operation (machine guns). The second amendment is actually a fart in the wind, overturn Roe vs Wade and you can overturn rulings on guns too. But the government need not overturn anything, just regulate the maximum caliber for ammunition and guns to .22 and no automatic weapons, repeating arms only with five round magazines, cock and shoot. Shit the federalist judges might think that black powder only is ok, since smokeless powder or even primers weren't among the intentions of the founders, which are very important to justices who think the US constitution is a dead document and not a living one.

Guns are like land mines, the more around, the more dead people. For it to stop, white American males will have to give up their toys and symbols of manhood, tribalism and white supremacy, they would rather cut off their cocks.

I’ve said it before I don’t agree with China on anything really but the gun laws that they have and the way that they regulate and control them is on a whole Nother level i’m all for owning firearms responsibly I just feel that you should have to have a psychiatric evaluation every two years to own a firearm you should have zero criminal background or any kind of mental health issues would disqualify you right away

Gun laws should come under a federal standard that applies to all states and do away with these 50 individual states and their gun laws that are all different from one another just combine everything under a federal statute that they have to follow

Hunters will need more powerful rifles. These tend to be bolt-actions, but .22 max is draconian.

Also, an article in the Bill of Rights will be much harder to overturn than Roe, which is a ruling but never expressly appended to the Constitution. You don’t need 3/4 of states ratifying an overturn of Roe.

I actually had a Lieutenant in the army give a speech on the true meaning of the Second Amendment and what the right to bear arms is actually applied to in the constitution it’s not written or even applicable to every citizen in our country but is more given the right to the states to arm themselves with malitia who could seek out through private sectors their own arm supplies and don’t have to be controlled by the federal government now fast forward 200 years and we’ve misconstrued those words so much and the meaning of those words so much that we think it’s actually apply to every citizen and we can all just arm ourselves to whatever degree we feel fit

I used to fly drones, still do, but might not buy any batteries this summer, regulation is killing the hobby/sport and next year it will be ID in the sky for everybody including RC planes and drones as well as the video ones. Over regulation and paranoia have ruined many aspects of the hobby, especially posting videos of one's atmospheric adventures if you live in the EU or North America, the fines are life changing.

When you see what is happening in Ukraine you can see why they are clamping down on many aspects of the hobby, Ukrainian hobbyist have been weaponizing these things for years, both FPV and commercial video drones. A home made switchblade equivalent ain't hard to make using a cheap foam RC plane or FPV racing drone.

Controlling the technology will be an issue however and like guns, criminals and terrorist won't register drones. Here is a potential killer drone design by an amateur RC hobbyist that is 3D printed and made from about $200 dollars worth of cheap parts including a flight controller. The 3d plans he provides can be easily scaled up and the motors modified etc. This little item weighs less than 250 grams and would require no license or registration, target max speed was 250kph

Even though I love flying drones, I don't squeal about regulations too much after Ukraine.

You can’t get criminals to obey gun laws, so we have to employ other methods and stop messing around. If it’s not _______ motive one week it’s another __________ motive the next. We have to stop them all as any individual is capable of evil

It is all evil, it's how to stop it is the question, both by limiting hate speech and guns through law and regulation, the federal government must do it, no one else can. Once the republican run themselves off a cliff after the NRA created this Hell America is living in, demographic and cultural changes will finish them off completely and since there is no real alternative for responsible patriotic government than the democrats, eventually it and a lot more will finally happen. Things change, it's a constant of life, the only real one actually.

More practical to seize all the guns, it would be more effective and cause some people to cry and panic about big guberment I suppose. Suck it up like the drone and RC pilots I say, as far as I know a hobbyist RC plane or drone never killed anybody, unless they were a Russians in Ukraine!

Now a days they would crucify a fellow for doing this in North America, this was flown in Switzerland and ya might kill a mountain goat by accident I suppose and an aircraft in your AO would be dead meat flying that close to a mountain...
