im about to do a seed haul and i'd love to know what your fav breeders and strains are! I love all weed and there are no wrong answers. I plan on ordering through attitude but I would go elsewhere if the bank is safe (I only stick w attitude because I know it)

side q- what does everyone think of mzjill? I heard great things about tga's gear just wondering if she's legit
thanks for any input!=]

Tga used to have good genetics. He's gone now rip. And he lost alot of his stuff in the wild fires. His wife divorced him and took his shit and re released his gear and it's not the same anymore. So the story goes ...

Even with all the new hyped strains on the market I still hold barneys farm blue cheese in high regard, there’s a pheno we call rubber cos it smells like the inside of a new tyre with berries. fantastic smoke!
Edit: got just under 600g in a 1m with it too

Exotic, Relentless Genetics, Symbiotic Genetics, Dynasty - all have some great reliable strains.

Clearwater another great breeder.

I haven’t grown hundreds of strains or breeders but exotic have always been standouts in my garden

+1 for exotic genetix
Also lit farms are pretty good for me atm but I’ve only popped 8 seeds of 2 strains
Ethos cookies hybrids will be my next purchase

Symbiotic and Tastebudz have been where I've found the best plants. I usually only run 5-10 seeds of each strain though so I don't think that is a fair test.

I quit trying ETHOS after their Cookies, Zummy, Mandarin Sunset, Planet of the grapes. Their seeds and strains all tend to have extreme morphology where from a 5 pack of seeds you get super different attributes on each plant, making you wonder if you got the wrong seed somehow, but not possible in their sealed packaging unless they fucked up.

My most recent favorite grow was Critical Kush by Barneys but I got lucky and found a special phenotype, usually it's a big yielding earthy/sweet bland smoke but I found one with almost a GMO vibe lots of onion garlic and actually is potent while still producing those big ass nuggets.

Man I think I second what your saying. These breeders that people are crazy over are ripping people off, and the same ripped off people bash places like barneys that always gives me awesome shit. I mean I get better seeds from places like herbies and seedsman as freebies lol.

I think their are good new breeders, but discounting established top quality breeders is silly.

I often find this is the case with f1 seeds, they have the least homogeneous phenotypes, I’m looking forward to trying ethos just cause of the strains they use, I am expecting a ton of variation though.

Ethos are actually trying to move away from using clones for production all together. Their goal is to ibl a load like their haze and super lemon so that people can just pop seeds and expect uniformity for the most part, rather than running large wasteful mom and clone rooms.

I agree with @ProPheT 216 there are far to many newcomers bashing tried and true breeders like barneys who really are probably the best I’ve ever used for a number of reasons

If you are in the USA, I'd order from Neptune, Great Lakes Genetics, DCSE, or JBC. Attitude really doesn't have much that can't be found in a Domestic bank. You can even find a lot of ACE and Karma gear in domestic banks now, and those two breeders were the only reason I was still ordering from Attitude. It's nice to not have to worry about my seeds visiting Chicago ISC when looking at tracking. Ace and Karma are both great choices-go with Karma's Sour stuff, it's the best. Symbiotic is a good American breeder-their mimosa is tasty if you like orange flavors. Soulfire has some good stuff and I've heard good things about Dragon's Flame Genetics. If you look around, you can find a lot of individual breeders still working with Subcool's lines. If you like Old School Strains, check out AKBB and Hazeman-you can order direct from both and both are great deals. Hazeman sells for $50 a pack direct and he has at least one Vortex cross. Really depends what you are looking for-do you like the Chem/OG/Sour line or more fruity stuff? You can't go wrong with Topdawg if you want real Chem/Sour. Or if you want to take a chance on S1s, CSI Humboldt is the King of freebies-they have lots of S1 seeds from classic strains. Good luck!

The term breeder is overused in the cannabis growing world. Pollen Chucker is a better term to use. And yes people are getting ripped off but it's their money and if they choose to buy into baseless hype over every new chuck with a silly name then let them pay $20+ a seed for some generic polyhybrid.

People have been bashing Barneys and other European breeders for years. It's like a coordinated effort by US pollen chuckers and their shills to discredit any genetics that are coming from European breeders. I've grown Barneys Farm and was completely satisfied. I'm in the US but have made all my seed purchases from overseas seedbank's and European breeders. I never have and never will wait on some drop of overpriced seeds just because they come from the US. The cartoon kiddie marketing alone repulses me enough not to buy anything from them. Then there is also the fact that most are not doing anything more than chucking pollen which I'm perfectly capable of doing myself.

Why pay $20 a seed for a chuck when I can make hundreds of my own seeds basically for free? Cookie cutter polyhybrids are not my thing anyway which is 90% of what this new breed of US pollen chuckers have to offer. Boring same old purple berry this or that.
