Wish I can help There. I’m growing is a smaller space that I just pump 60F from the AC 24/7. It’s the only thing I use to lower RH at lights out. Temps in the tents don’t get past 78F.recommendations on dehumidifiers? about to order one for the grow shop.
Don't forget to check the best deals thread before you buy for discount codes or deals.recommendations on dehumidifiers? about to order one for the grow shop.
How big is your grow shop? Is it bigger than the grow area in your house?recommendations on dehumidifiers? about to order one for the grow shop.
how many pints? You could probably get away with a 70 pint one until you fill up all the tents. I like my Homelabs model from Amazon, and I have a GE that's pretty nice too. Both seem to work equally well.recommendations on dehumidifiers? about to order one for the grow shop.
thankfully i don’t really have gnats at all i’m just taking preventive measures before it possibly happens. but i know a few tricks. apple cider vinegar and dawn dish soap work very well.Congratulations man. Sounds like you're off to a great start! I never had much luck with perlite keeping fungus gnats out. Maybe I didn't put it down deep enough or something. I finally just started using Gnatrol BTI granules once I see a couple flyers and I put up the yellow sticky traps. It works pretty well, nothing's perfect for sure, but this stuff after a couple applications seems to wipe them out fairly thoroughly.
I love those in the kitchen! I add in a pinch of sugar to help lure them in. Put it in a bowl next to the kitchen sink to catch the ones that like to hang around for the water. Too cool, my grandma taught me that.thankfully i don’t really have gnats at all i’m just taking preventive measures before it possibly happens. but i know a few tricks. apple cider vinegar and dawn dish soap work very well.
i’m not going to keep it after transplant. but yes. i forgot about that. thank you.You may want to consider putting something over the perlite after you water to block the light. Otherwise you may find a ton of algae growing all over it.
