To be more precise it is a petcock.

Oh my Valve is a Rubber piece. You feel it between your Nuts, squeeze the end it opens for a bit letting you pee.

My dad, who is a whore dog extraordinaire, had a penis pump installed. It consisted of a 3rd nut that you could squeeze for a instant boner. Not sure how you deflated it, and I don't want to know.
He had to have it removed though...He couldn't wait the 30 days they recommended to have sex, and so it got infected, so now he has a permanent limp dick.
