large yield vs frosty buds ?

I prefer frosty buds over large yield, for sure.

Also, as far as "fake frost" I have had a couple plants that were super frosty in appearance but really didn't pack much wallop. Purple Punch is IMO pretty common for that; looks killer but is often just "mehh" potency. Maybe that's what was meant??

You can increase your yields by changing your grow style to maximize canopy space. I.e. Scrog, SOG, LST, etc.
