Brown spots

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster (have managed to solve problems in the past by looking at old posts but this one has me stumped)

I'm getting brown spots on lower leaves which slowly take over the entire leaf (spots are hard/dead), I've been chopping any affected leaves but not long after another above will suffer the same fate.

I'm growing in Coco, in a 20l fabric pot, using the full canna line with the "light feed" schedule on their website (a+b, rhizo, zym) and a small amount of calmag and PH to 6.0 I was leaning towards a ph problem or nute problem?

Apologies if I've left any info out and please let me know if I have.

Thanks for ya reply, I'm watering about every 2 days (when the top inch or so is dry) and yeah watering until I see runoff

I suggest you start feeding at least once a day to substantial run off.
Never let the coco dry.
Never use plain water.

Start feeding daily with the schedule you are at with decent run off, and in a week they will most definitely turn around.

Raise your pots from the tray so the run off can actually, run off.

No. Soak the pots daily with proper ph/EC solution.

Coco is drain to waste hydroponics.........not soil.
You're treating it like soil..........coco should always stay saturated.

If you check your runoff ec/ppms and ph, you might find out whether you have a lockout or ph issue going on. But to me, your plants look overwatered. Do you leave your pots soaking in the runoff or do you vacuum it out?

Checked today actually water in at PH 6.0 runoff was at 6.4, and you can't see it in the pic but there's a pot stand underneath so it doesn't sit in water.

Well the consensus seems to be stop being scared to give it more water, shall adjust my feed schedule and let you know how it is in a week, really appreciate it ya'll!

Id give it a good thorough flush with your nutrient solution, and get a taller pot riser.

Biggest thing I always see is people getting lazy and not wanting to drain the run off, in turn feeding less and that’s where the salts start to build up.

Coco is hydro, you need to feed it daily (try 1 EC, 6 PH) to PLENTY of runoff-the others have given great advice. This will keep the EC in range by both washing out excess salts, and maintaining a proper moisture level in the coco. As coco dries, the remaining mineral salts become more concentrated, which causes the EC to skyrocket (potentially leading to nutrient lockout)-so regular feeding will keep your EC in range in the root zone better than a wet/dry cycle like you give soil plants. You need to rid yourself of the soil mindset, you've chosen a hydro media. Good luck to you!
