walker did better than i expected, but Warnok still walked all over him.
Some people think he is afflicted with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) due to concussions that are not uncommon in football. That clown dropped out of college to play professional football. What I want to know is how did he qualify to get into college in the first place? I though there were minimum standards but I guess those standards don't apply to football players. If you've ever heard him talk it's obvious that he has trouble using any word that has more than two syllables. Now that I think about it how did he even graduate from High School? He's as dumb as the Republicans have ever promoted. If you thought boebert and greene were idiots they look like Rhodes Scholars compared to walker. He takes ignorance to another level. And the fools chose him in the primary. It's pathetic.
Imagine the disgust that William F Buckley Jr would have for these know nothings that have infected the Republican party. There was a time when Republicans valued intelligence. Those times are long gone replaced with today's republican clown convention.
He may well have CTE and it can be a serious lifelong debilitating condition. I've had numerous concussions over the years and I'm sure that I've been permanently affected by them. Walker was never smart though. He was a great athlete but he's not much of a learner or a thinker. Not many are these days. Some people think he is afflicted with chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) due to concussions that are not uncommon in football.
He could have been a good student in HS. There is nothing to indicate that he was one of the favored ones who only qualified for college because he was a great running back.

High school career
Walker attended Johnson County High School in Wrightsville, where he played football, basketball, and competed in track. He played for the Johnson County Trojans high school football team from 1976 to 1979. In his senior year, he rushed for 3,167 yards, helping the Trojans win their first state championship.[12] He was awarded the inaugural Dial Award as 1979 national high school scholar-athlete of the year.[13]
Walker was selected as Athlete-Scholar delegate by the American Academy of Achievement in June 1980 and received the academy's Golden Plate Award from Council member Coach Tom Landry at a ceremony in 1981.[14][15][16]
On July 4, 2017, during Wrightsville's annual Fourth of July celebration and parade, Trojan Way, the street where Johnson County High School resides, was officially renamed Herschel Walker Drive[17]
In his 2008 autobiography, Walker wrote that during his stint in Johnson County High School, he was the Beta Club president (which required average "A" grades) and class valedictorian.[18] In December 2021, Walker's Senate campaign website claimed that he graduated as the valedictorian of the entire high school, but CNN found no evidence for this claim.[18] The claim on Walker's website was later removed and amended to state that Walker graduated high school "top of his class".[18]
From his behavior, I think he's damaged in the head. Symptoms of CTE match his behavior. But there is this:
He left college early and didn't graduate so that he could join the Washington General of the USFL. It lasted three seasons.
In 1983, Walker gave up his final year of collegiate eligibility and turned professional, joining the New Jersey Generals of the short-lived United States Football League. Walker dominated the league, earning Most Valuable Player honors and setting the single-season pro football rushing record (2,411 yards).
Guess who the owner was?

March 8, 1984: New Jersey Generals owner, real estate tycoon Donald Trump, shakes hands with Herschel Walker at a press conference in New York after agreeing to a 4-year contract. Walker signed pro football’s richest contract ever, jumping from his junior year at the University of Georgia to the New Jersey Generals of the fledgling USFL.
He had a debate today with Warnock. I listened to him and Warnock. I must say that Walker did not seem memory impaired and was well spoken. He may have CTE or not. I don't know. What he did to the women in his life is his responsibility. He was very much in control of his self. I believe he's lying when he proclaims the woman who is accusing him is lying. It was an ugly thing to see.He may well have CTE and it can be a serious lifelong debilitating condition. I've had numerous concussions over the years and I'm sure that I've been permanently affected by them. Walker was never smart though. He was a great athlete but he's not much of a learner or a thinker. Not many are these days.
He did pull out his junior deputy dawg badge at one point....I would consider that a moment of self embarrassment, whether walker did or not.But he did not embarrass himself during that debate. He made very clear who he is and where he stands.
He did that because like Trump, he doesn't honor prior agreements and rules. That is for minions in authoritarian society. He did pull out his junior deputy dawg badge at one point....I would consider that a moment of self embarrassment, whether walker did or not.
i was so much happier being ignorant...the price of gas going up close to an election wouldn't have really meant shit to me, besides the price of gas going up.Exactly.
oh well. The most recent polls show no real motion ascribable to de Sanitary Napkin’s stunt. The GOP has been extremely suck-cessful in getting its voters to ignore news that could affect their loyalties.Look at the latest. The immigrant stunt seems to begin to have an effect on DeSanitary. Expect more results soon as the event/poll lag is timed out.
