Was thinking about grabbing a g8600 for the sweet spot on watts for a 5x5 grow.

I honestly don't see much difference in brand. Not stuck on anything cuz of its name. Totally open to suggestions, I'm looking at specs vs price. It's like Tylenol vs Generic brand. All the same but one comes with a huge mark up.

Check out hippy farmer(i think thats their name) on youtub.. he does alot of reveiws of led lights and you can see how well they grow bud.. i believe he has already done a review on this light..

If I was buying another light I'd buy another Scorpion Diablo by HGL.

I just finished my second grow with one and I yielded 1230 grams in a 4x4 with 4 plants.

The grow before that, my first with the SD, I improved my yield by 40% off a 1000 watt light.

That's was my first style, 2 600 watt bulbs, one a mh 1 a hps, stacked vertical with plants all around, rotated ⅓ a day

I've made accounts on some of the other popular forums over the last month to check out the community. I must say I am happy this is my home, I appreciate the real opinions and advice from the RIU community. Hype isn't sold here much. The crowd may be rougher than any other crowd, but it's because it's about calling out the bs.
