Have a nice porterhouse thawing on the stove. Picked up a head of lettuce, some fresh chives and baby bella's to go with it. I'll sauté the mushrooms in butter and bake a potato to use the chives on. A little salad on the side and that will be dinner, should have picked up some radishes but didn't. Beer shelf is filled so I'm good to go for this evening
