I went back and watched it again.. you're right, it is under the cloud line. I can't say I've ever seen anything like it. Aerial cannon fire? Wouldn't you see an aircraft or something?1) it’s under the clouds, so max altitude 10km
2) it’s too regular for an object disintegrating on reentry
3) the extinction profile is consistent with tracer rounds
