OMG, I rememer that sort of. Philadephia had the best sports riots, burned their own stadium, beat up Santa Claus, etc.
Never again on Halloween for any team in PA.

My rule of thumb is no higher than five inches if it's dinner with little walking. Dancing or lots of walking four inches.
