Yea I think the growth is stunt cause I started on 12/12 from the beginning then after I found out it was a female I flipped it back to vegFor the size plant, it just doesn't look like a 5 gal, that's all.

Right.. just hoping not much damage was done it has started to get taller but it’s so bushy.. it’s been since 1/5 so yea I’m mousy ready to finish this one.. 1st successful female.. I believe it’s bout ready to flower now just giving a lil more time I cut some fan leaves that only had 3 fingersYea that definitely will do thst.
What you did is called monster cropping, it just takes time for the plant hormones to normalize again.Right.. just hoping not much damage was done it has started to get taller but it’s so bushy.. it’s been since 1/5 so yea I’m mousy ready to finish this one.. 1st successful female.. I cut them cause they looked like they were dying and no light getting through.. I can’t see the main stem like I see on other ppl photos. Mine even have some sugar leaves.. the 18 is when I plan to flip which almost 2 weeks from now..What you did is called monster cropping, it just takes time for the plant hormones to normalize again.
Leave the fan leaves alone, once it starts growing normal leaves go back and trim off any small buds and single blade leaves. Once you are seeing normal leaves growing out of the new growth again I'd give it a couple weeks before flipping to flower.
Huh I’m loss what are you saying5gl buckets and #5 pots aren’t even close
a 5 gallon nursery type pot doesnt hold 5 gallons liquidHuh I’m loss what are you saying
Ok cool but that size of pot they were saying it’s nota 5 gallon nursery type pot doesnt hold 5 gallons liquid
You have sugar leaves because it started to flower, it didn't immediately switch back to flower when you put it back under veg lighting.I cut them cause they looked like they were dying and no light getting through.. I can’t see the main stem like I see on other ppl photos. Mine even have some sugar leaves.. the 18 is when I plan to flip which almost 2 weeks from now..
Do I keep those or cut them.. I really would hate to up pot this plant again trying to minimize the stress..You have sugar leaves because it started to flower, it didn't immediately switch back to flower when you put it back under veg lighting.
Up potting shouldnt be stressful.Do I keep those or cut them.. I really would hate to up pot this plant again trying to minimize the stress..
It’s starting to nowUp potting shouldnt be stressful.
Is the plant throwing "real" leaves yet?
Yes thanks I appreciate all the advice.. I’m a new grower I have no clue what I’m doing. I just read what’s online and ask y’all questions on here. So everything is new to me.. next month will be 1 year of me growing and have yet to harvest lol.. so this will be my 1st.. so looks like I’m up potting this one again.. thanks you guys!!@ladycherish, really just trying to help and maximize your grow. Your plants are looking good.
When we look at the size of those plants, relative to their pot size, the pots look small. Those types of pots that are sold for house plants aren't measured the same way as buckets, fabric pots, pots for hydro or weed growing in general, etc.
That out of the way.. it doesn't matter what size it is, it looks small for flowering. Pot size limits the potential size your plant can achieve, unless you go hydro. Be prepared to feed/water everyday or every other day. Larger pots with quality soil are much more forgiving, and will lead to a bigger, healthier plant, and more yield. Small/big, either way is fine, but one way will be easier...
