Since you're new to the Rocky Mountains I'm gonna try to be gentle,

They need to add another form between snow and sleet. This stuff falls like out of nowhere. You look up at the sky and it’s sunny with clouds . It’s impossible to tell where it’s coming from. Def has to do with the elevation I am at and the change of seasons? All I know is that it’s an exciting time of year here, right now.

I know I'm just teasing. The weather here is crazy, but I like it besides the hail. You're in Colorado Springs right?

It snowed styrofoam balls yesterday. Do you know what I mean? It’s not like snow and it’s not hail. It bounces but it’s soft. View attachment 5274757
Swedish maybe?: 10) Kornsnö – small white snow breadcrumbs.

Edit:
maybe not
"called Kornsnö and consists of flat snow grains of about 1mm in size. These are formed in stratocumulus or the low stratus clouds that form at 50-500m height and are common with sudden and strong cold, not seldom with winds. Larger grains of about 2-3mm, or more, are called Snöhagel."

Had a little sleet/snow yesterday so all the dirty snow is covered up. Looks good again.

Gps made a 50 minute drive yesterday into a 2 hour......fuckin bs :cuss:

Went to a kiddo casino aka arcade....lol house always wins. It was fun....bumper cars where cool.

Driving around you can see maple season is in full swing. Steam coming from every maple shack. That with the snow fogging out the silhouettes of the mountains was a beautiful sight.

How's everyone today? Sunday plans?
