The word in that that makes me tip my head sideways like a confused dog is "accuses"...
SO FUCKING WHAT? You're at war, you have bounties on Zelensky's head, on the heads of several Ukrainian officials, you're murdering their people, and kidnapping their children. You try to sabotage their nuclear plants, you bomb apartment buildings, churches, schools, and hospitals...And you ACCUSE Ukraine of attempting to kill putin? You're fucking right they tried, the sad thing is they failed. I sincerely, truly, deeply hope they keep trying till they succeed. And that it doesn't take long at all.

In all reality, it was all probably staged by the russians for internal propaganda, But as far as I'm concerned, the Ukrainians would be fully justified and well within bounds to launch 1000 drones on the kremlin...
The fact that it blew up without causing any real damage supports the idea that it was a false-flag put-on.

good point! If it was a Ukrainian op, it shows quite the hole in the Kremlin’s air defense.
they don't dare mount too much stuff too close to the kremlin, it looks bad for the comrades...They been telling them that they're winning, that the Ukrainians are incompetent, and that this will all be over soon, with russia victorious...why in the world would they need air defenses around the kremlin if they're so in control of the situation?

Some issues with the footage, this was a handheld camera (note the unsteadiness), that just happened to be pointing at the Kremlin early in the morning at exactly the right spot to frame the attack perfectly. The second issue are the two guys climbing up the stairs on the dome at the left side as the attack was happening. What were they doing there at that time of the morning? Were they changing the guard at the top of the dome or something?

It looks like a false flag to me, or it could have been a test by someone interested in claiming the prize for landing a drone on red square during victory day on May 9th.

Funny, that's what normal people in the west think about Putin, but it takes extremists in Russia to think the same of Zelenskiy. A coup in Moscow and Vlad could be walking down the stairs of a plane in The Hague. It would be even better than killing him, all the focus would shift to him while they negotiated their way out of Ukraine before their army is destroyed there. If Russia wants to annex Belarus in the future, it will have another war with a much stronger Ukraine over it, they should not permit it and if they want to steal a country then they should have to pay for it in blood and I mean a lot of fucking blood. Not being a NATO member has its advantages and Poland and the Baltics would pay for it, annexing a country after installing a puppet government is bullshit and should not be tolerated. Say goodbye to Kaliningrad while they are at it and say goodbye to the remaining Russian army, between there and Georgia, they should be given no rest. Imperialism must be not just beaten from the political elites, but from the population in general, so destroy their military and economy until the give up Siberia too, they fucked around and now they will find out.

possibility 3: Ukrainian spec-ops operating in or near Moscow.

How battery-heavy would a quadrotor have to be to cover those hundreds of km unrecharged?
I just don't see it. The Ukrainians know the capabilities of their equipment, they've been using it long enough. I don't see them possibly exposing a unit in place in moscow for a stunt they had to know was going to be pointless.
The only thing that makes even a little sense to me is that it was the russians, stirring up some internal propaganda, and perhaps setting the scene to cancel the parade that won't have any tanks or missile launchers in it, and will be missing huge formations of men.

comments:
But what about the mighty air defense ring around the maskva?

What attempt? He wasn't in the Kremlin, was he?

Usually the cameras are turned off, but here they are turned on
Of course! There are no cameras at all! Well, believe us, experts in the Kremlin)))

And what is worse than the Bryansk, Belgorod, Kursk regions? Can they be bombed? Or is there a difference?

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO THE PARADE ???

How will we react?

Well, at least they didn’t set fire to anything there .... a mausoleum or some kind of flight tag
(plus two comments that may not translate well)

The Kremlin refused to disclose where Putin will work
The place of work of Russian President Vladimir Putin on May 4 will be announced later. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

“The Kremlin will promptly notify where exactly Vladimir Putin will work on May 4,” RIA Novosti reports Peskov’s words. He noted that the possible options for the place of work remain the same. This is a state residence in Novo-Ogaryovo, or the Moscow Kremlin, Peskov concluded.

Earlier in Moscow, there was an attack by Ukrainian drones on the Kremlin. The purpose of the attack was an attempt on the life of Vladimir Putin. The Russian president was not in the Kremlin at the time of the attack. The incident did not affect the head of state's work schedule in any way. Moscow authorities have announced a ban on the launch of unmanned aerial vehicles in the Russian capital, which comes into force on May 3, reports " Dni.ru ".

Drone attack repulsed in Crimea
In the southeast of Crimea, Russian air defenses repelled an attack by two drones on the peninsula. This was announced by the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov.

“Air defense forces have successfully worked out in the southeast of Crimea. There are no injuries or casualties,” Aksyonov wrote in his telegram channel. He added that there were no casualties. Aksyonov's adviser said that the air defense shot down two attack drones.

Earlier, Aksyonov reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the Crimea on the day of the state of emergency in Sevastopol. Also on May 1, air defense shot down a drone in the west of Crimea, writes RT .

Will there be a parade on May 9 in Moscow
Despite the attack of Ukrainian drones on the Moscow Kremlin, the cancellation of the festive Victory Parade on May 9 is not planned. URA.RU has collected all the information about the Parade on Red Square.
  • Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov said that the attempt by Ukrainian drones on the life of Russian President Vladimir Putin will not affect the holding of the May 9 Victory Parade in Moscow. No changes are planned to the holiday schedule. Also, the Parade will not be affected by the cancellation of the event in other Russian cities. During the festive parade, a solemn speech by Vladimir Putin is planned.
  • Peskov also noted that the participation of participants in a special operation in Ukraine is possible in the upcoming parade. According to Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, over 10,000 servicemen and 125 units of military equipment will march through Red Square on May 9. The exact start time of the Victory Parade is currently unknown, but in past years, the event regularly began at 10:00 Moscow time. As for the participation of aviation in the event, there has not yet been official confirmation on this matter.
  • This year, the anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War is not a round date; therefore, no invitations to the Parade were sent out to the leaders of other states. The celebration will be attended exclusively by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov.
  • The first rehearsals for the Victory Parade in Moscow took place on April 25 and 27. The next one is scheduled for May 4th. On this day, the closure of various streets will begin at 16:30 Moscow time and will last until 23:30. The final dress rehearsal of the event is scheduled for May 7.
  • At 22:00 on May 9, a festive fireworks display will take place. The duration of the fireworks will be 10 minutes, it will be the culmination of festive events in the capital.
  • Also, many events are planned in Moscow, including concerts, exhibitions, performances, as well as fireworks. In addition, museums, parks, cinemas, restaurants and other establishments will be open on Victory Day in Moscow where this holiday can be celebrated.

yeah, unlikely Ukrainians.
The charges were small but showy things. I don’t see any damage from the one that hit, and leaving a fire is unlikely from a purely explosive device, which even with half a pound of plastic would have left visible damage.

It can't no matter how big it was, it's a matter of physics. A plane type UAV is what hit the Kremlin and I'm literally dusting off mine today (flying season) and installing a new 1200TVL camera and I might upgrade the flight control computer, but even my nano talon with Li-on batteries would not make the 300 mile distance without a payload.

I wonder if this could defeat the Russian GPS spoofing, something new in the commercial RC world, Walksnail makes digital FPV gear too. I've seen them use up to 4 GPS receivers in a diversity receiver configuration to defeat GPS spoofing.

Is The Walksnail GPS Module As Good As They Claim?

It was probably gas powered and you saw the residual fuel go up. It would be very unlikely a battery powered drone would go the distance with a payload and if it did, it was probably the battery going up in flames.
