Yeah. It's a common watersnake. This is a great example why triangular head is not a good identifier for venomous snakes. Notice the vertical black bars on the jaw line and the fact it doesn't have a scale covering the top of the eye like a little ledge almost and that tells you that it's a watersnake and harmless. Plus those googly eyes are a giveaway as well. HahaYou sure? The triangle shaped head is typical for a poisonous snake.
