Nitrogen toxicity?

Couple days iv noticed clawing ends of leaves and a darker shinier green on the leaves than usual, am I right in saying could be a nitrogen problem? Also what’s required if it is intact? Just a decent flushing? Iv also noticed that it’s just the plant further from the light so could be lacking light intensity? Possibly just hungry? Advice is welcome (I know tips are burnt over feed on accident a couple weeks ago )

It looks like nitrogen toxicity to me but a picture of the whole plant would help. It usually shows up on the lower leafs first.

Looks like it's possibly N def. If so, burnt tips will continue.
