Coming from a world of no name weed. I sought out what seemed like the perfect fit based on growers reviews and effects (so I thought).
So I grew out a whole pack of Sannies Jack F9, 11 seeds, 9 females.
Both males were infertile, so no "F10's"
First plant pulled seemed pretty good right off the bat, then progressively as they came down the buzz just got weaker and weaker as time has passed.
There was a short time - about a month after harvest where a couple seemed promising. But that has since passed.
I heard that this haze jack is more of a "clear" high, but then I read smoke reports and they all give hug props to Sannies for being a great potent high. Some state almost trippy.
Now I'm positive they could have went a little longer, but I ran nearly all of them till I could hardly find a clear trichome, mostly all cloudy to milky, not much amber.
Dry room was set at 60/60 and fought like heck to keep it there all harvest which ran about a month.
Most stayed on the wire for 10 plus days before bucked into Grove bags.
So here we are with a shit ton of mediocre weed.
Man I sure do hope this turns out to be an epic example of a cure gone great over time!!!!
Not just me I gifted my relative some and he and wife are not impressed at all.
It's got to be grower error in my mind since so many say great things about this strain.
Can see it's what the description from growers say. Just REALLY watered down
Makes me wonder about all that Zerotol I sprayed during flower, oxidative processes, etc....
Or maybe something else that could have knocked things outta favor.
IStill believe it's still there and maybe just needs more time. I did feed late in flower and thought there could be a chance that the extra nutes could be masking the effects until they can gass off or something.

Got some bud pics of them? Or just pre harvest ones? I don't think feeding until the end causes watered down effects. The cure should really only effect the taste and smell a bit since it evens out moisture content.

Wow they look lots more clear than I remember... You think that's it? If so maybe is partly why over time I've had weed significantly increase in potency. some trichomes ripen maybe? No idea here just throwing ideas out there

To my eyes it looks undone, like it needed another 2 or three weeks. All the pistils still being relatively straight and not very swollen calyx. I've had to cut down a plant early that I was a bit worried about budrot due to dying sugar leaves and when dried it looked a LOT like this. Is it also a bit fluffy, not so dense? I would run it again, but run it longer and see how it is, if you have the time and space.

I can't speak on curing increasing potency, as I have never experienced it like you say. I have had the taste round out, but never have I noticed the effects get stronger once I had dried vs cured buds.

I’m looking forward to seeing your recirculating system up and running. And no pee stains on that white table.
You won't be able to see it beneath these:

I'm essentially covering the floor of the white pan with that and then putting the Floraflex pot, cap and irrigation system over it. Then pump it all out with the Bucket Co's bilge pump  I knew I could do it cheaper if I gave up on smoking @BobBitchen 's Chicken Dinner like I was f'n electing a pope but I would have to have been sober for the holidays and that ain't happening. Anyway my grow hasn't been really upgraded since 2014 so it was time.

OK ... can I? Slow curing for 8 weeks - I will cure for 8 weeks when supplies permit - does increase potency and reduce harshness.
I'm a member of the fresh dried club, but I'm not knocking it! If it works for you, who the heck am I to say otherwise. The issue with testing it out for me, is that I would need to have fresh dried and also cured bud from the exact same plant, from the same canopy height, and harvested at the same time somehow. I have a big mix of cured and just dried to hell and bagged weed. They all make me happy. And if cured weed is your cup of tea, sip on!
ETA*** I do think it decreases harshness a little, I think I said that in an above post, but that part i totally agree with.

Son fixed the bird feeder last night, it was about to fall off the fence because the board I screwed the 2X2's to split. All better now.
He also swapped out my LED kluge light for my new light that will be better for flower. Going to move the small plants into the room under my homemade light to veg. Won't really be able to control humidity/temp so it will be an experiment. Had to turn on the heater so that will dry out the air even more. I don't really want to fire up my flower room in the garage unless I have to, don't want to pay to heat another room. Meh, first world problems.
Mornin. I'm hungry.
